Orders

• Orders are subject to allocation.
• Orders are full case orders.
• All orders should be placed by email unless otherwise requested by Cardsmiths.
• Payment is required in accordance with the payment terms negotiated between the wholesale account holder and Cardsmiths.
• The product prices quoted are exclusive of any national, state or local sales, use, value added or other taxes, customs duties, or similar tariffs and fees which shall be the responsibility of purchaser.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Wholesale Customer.
• The risk of loss passes to the Wholesale Customer at the time the item(s) are shipped to the Wholesale Customer from Cardsmiths.
• There are no product return privileges unless otherwise noted.

Policy & Guidelines

• Wholesale Customer will not be permitted to offer a Cardsmiths item for sale prior to the “on sale date” for the item.
• Wholesale Customer may not sell an item for below the minimum advertised price for a product (the “MAP”) for a period of 30 days after the release of a product. Unless otherwise stated, products cannot be discounted more than 15% off of the retail price until 30 days after the release of the product.
• If Wholesale Customer is found selling below the MAP, the account will be immediately terminated and all orders will be canceled.
• Wholesale Customer shall not share pricing information with any third parties.

Cardsmiths reserves the right to terminate ordering privileges of any direct account without warning for violations of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

The state and federal courts sitting in Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising between Cardsmiths, LLC and Wholesale Customer; and no other court shall have jurisdiction over the dispute. Cardsmiths, LLC and Wholesale Customer further agree the Florida law shall apply to any dispute that may arise between Cardsmiths, LLC and Wholesale Customer.
